The four steps of the education process:
Step 1
Common ground
We recommend that all users start by watching our introductory videos, especially those marked “Prerequisite”. They provide a common foundation to build on.
Step 2
Structured learning
The next step is structured, instructor-led training for each user group. These courses are usually standardized but can be tailored to your organization’s specific needs.
Step 3
Customer-tailored deepening
After the initial training, we recommend shorter, tailored focus training in selected areas. These sessions can be planned as different parts of Antura are introduced and begin to create value within your organization.
Focusing on one area at a time, such as time reporting, scheduling, or cost management, is often key to ensuring high-quality data from the start.
Step 4
Recurring dialogue
Many customers also hold regular “Antura sessions” to discuss current topics and give users an opportunity to ask questions and get support. These sessions are typically held for one hour every other week or once a month.
By handling training together with maintenance, active usage, and development, in an active goverance organization, you can further increase the value you get from Antura.

The content and purpose of the different parts of the model, as well as the connections between them, are described in the management concept.
