Antura’s add-on product, Antura IFC Viewer, which enables the previewing of various drawing file types has been expanded to support opening multiple files simultaneously. This allows users to easily switch between different files directly within the viewer.

.NET 10
As part of our ongoing commitment to security, it is time to upgrade from .NET 8 to .NET 10. Starting with the January 2026 version, Antura requires .NET 10.
Antura exclusively utilizes supported software. Microsoft will support the current version, .NET 8, until November 14, 2026. This means that by November 14, 2026, all Antura SaaS customers must be upgraded to the January 2026 version or later.
To provide our customers with the best possible conditions for upgrade planning, we are introducing .NET 10 in this release.

Upcoming changes
Support for Microsoft Office 2021 will be discontinued in October 2026, as Microsoft plans to end its support. Antura will continue to support all Microsoft Office versions that are officially supported by Microsoft. No functionality is being removed in Antura. However, after October 2026 we will no longer be able to verify or guarantee compatibility with Office versions that are outside Microsoft’s support lifecycle, as these no longer receive security updates.

Microsoft .NET 10 will be required starting with the January 2026 release. Please note that Microsoft .NET 8 is supported by Microsoft until 2026-11-14. Versions of Antura older than January 2026 must be upgraded before this date.

Support for Microsoft Windows Server 2016 will be discontinued as of 2026-06-01. The final release with support for Windows Server 2016 will be the May 2026 release.
Support for Microsoft SQL Server 2016 will be discontinued as of 2026-06-01. The final release with support for SQL Server 2016 will be the May 2026 release.
Support for Microsoft SQL Server 2017 will be discontinued as of 2026-06-01. The final release with support for SQL Server 2017 will be the May 2026 release. Please note that this means Antura will discontinue support one year earlier than previously communicated.
Support for Microsoft SharePoint 2016 Server will be discontinued as of 2026-06-01. The final release with support for SharePoint 2016 Server will be the May 2026 release.
Support for Microsoft SharePoint 2019 Server will be discontinued as of 2026-06-01. The final release with support for SharePoint 2019 Server will be the May 2026 release.
