Support for XOAuth SMTP for sending mail
In the April 2026 version, Antura will introduce support for authenticating Exchange Online through XOAuth. This is because Microsoft will discontinue the Basic Authentication method that has been used so far. According to the current plan, Microsoft will phase out support in the first half of 2027.
Expansion of Antura Open API
In the April 2026 version, Antura Open API has been supplemented with a number of new so-called end-points:
- PATCH/app/api/v1/projects/{projectId}/tasksets/{taskSetId}/tasks/{taskId} that allows updating an existing task.
- POST/app/api/v1/projects/{projectId}/rpc/publishProjectPlanChanges to publish a baseline that is under authorization.
- POST/app/api/v1/projects/{projectId}/rpc/discardprojectplanchanges to cancel publishing a baseline.

Upcoming changes
- Support for Microsoft Office 2021 will end in October 2026, when Microsoft plans to end support. Antura will continue to support all Office versions that Microsoft supports. No features will be removed, but after this date, we will no longer be able to verify compatibility with Office versions that are outside of Microsoft's support period.
